Talent; Enhancing his abilities to be equally, if not better than, his opponent. If he were to be slower than the opposing opponent, he would be much faster in the fight, or if he had a weaker punch it would be enhanced against that certain opponent to be as strong or stronger so the field is evenly matched.
Personality; To be brief: rune is a jerk. Not just a jerk, but a cocky player that doesn't care for the wellbeing of others. He's not aggressive, but his bite is much much worse than his bark. He can go from a quiet guy sitting in the corner to a killer in an instant, all it takes is a trigger word and bam he's a fighting machine. Relentless, Ruthless, and quite powerful, he's a terrifying adversary that won't quit until he knows he's the victor.
History; "Mom, Dad?" A small kit whimpered, crawling out from under a wheelbarrow he had taken cover under. He stared at the unmoving bodies of those that had been with him for the first few years of his life, making sure he was safe from those they called "reapers." He wasn't quite sure what they really were, but he didn't have time to ponder it before he felt a presence around him. He glanced around, meeting with the glowing eyes of what appeared to be a much older foxerfly, strong build with matted fur and full of scars. One eye was glazed over, Rune guessing he may be blind in that eye. He said nothing for a moment, seeming to take in the situation before motioning for rune to follow him. "This will never happen again to you. We will make you strong. You will protect those you love." He stated, turning his back and stalking in the opposite direction. Rune took another glance back at his motionless family before trotting right behind the mysterious brute.
after a long journey, they arrived in a large camp that seemed rather scary. Rune wasn't too keen on it, however the brute spoke up before he could protest. "Kid, this is where you will live. We are the reapers, a society that protects and fights for one another so long as you work hard and fight to protect us as well. We need to know you can take on anything and will have our backs always. Your training starts today. You'll be in the shadow group, that's where the kid soldiers go. Be prepared, it won't be easy." He stated, leading Rune to a broken down building where others that are around his age were at. He was greeted by another kit who already had a small scar on the back of his neck and one on his muzzle. "This way!" He yipped, prancing over to the group leader, who seemed to take a particular interest in Rune from the start. Rune's first fight was against a brute three or four years older than him, the size difference was clear and it wasn't exactly a fair fight. Rune hung in there, dodging most attacks, but never laying a scratch in fear of getting too close. His mentor wasn't too pleased, he seemed more determined to get rune to fight. "Attack him, what are you doing? You'll never win fights if you can't attack!" He spat, snarling at young Rune. "I can't do it!" He cried, evading every possible attack. "You can and you will, now fight!" Rune's mentor hissed. 'Gotta fight now, he's mad...' Rune thought nervously, turning around and facing his opponent. He slashed, his longer claws giving him a bit of an advantage when it came to attacking. Unfortunately, however, he wasn't able to dodge fast enough before his opponent slashed forcefully at his face, tearing the skin through the eye. Rune cried in pain, using that to make him angrier as he charged once more and slashed at his opponents stomach, a soft spot, inflicting a large gash across the belly. He didn't stop there, however. As the blood dropped from his eye, his rage grew, and he took his opponent and bashed his head into a wall, rendering him unconscious and unable to fight. Rune had won.
Following his first victory, his training only intensified from there. Rune excelled in everything. He was treated like a toy rather than a living being. He was tossed around, beat up, stitched back together and thrown back into battle. He never lost, he always managed to find the strength to get back up. His comrades remarked how natural it seemed for him, how it looked like he was meant to do this. Rune never dwelled on it. He soon grew to love the power in winning, the battle was his love. He went on for years, becoming one of the best soldiers. He seemed heartless, nothing phasing him. Not until he had heard two soldiers talking one day. "Hey, you know, Rune looks quite a bit like Kobra." One pointed out. "I think Rasha and Kobra had a kid, not quite sure. They were killed in battle though, I hadn't seen a kid with them." the other stated. "Yeah, but the day their deaths were announced, Rune was placed in the group. He's got Kobra's hair, and Rasha's eyes and fighting skill." The first muttered. Rune was taken back to when he was a kit, lost and scared. Brief memories of his parents came back to him, remembering how his parents died fighting for him. He found himself snarling, the anger coursing through his veins. He knew what he sought, and he would get it.
He spent the next few months using his wicked tongue to sway once loyal soldiers to his side, to fight for his cause. After successfully making a small army of loyal soldiers, they attacked. They didn't aim to kill anyone other than their leader, whom had gladly taken on Rune to fight. "Ah yes, you were the wimpy one I should've killed along with your parents." He spat bitterly. Rune snarled, pinning his ears back and lunging, his speed too quick for the leader to react before a sudden click was heard, and the leader lay lifeless. Rune growled at him once more before dragging his lifeless body and throwing it to the ground in front of everyone. "I am the leader now. Anyone who has any problems with that will end up like him." He snapped before turning around and making his way to the Leaders old home-of-sorts. This place was his now.
